Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) provides uniforms and related products to more than 400,000 customers nationwide, in virtually every industry. The Data Quality Specialist will provide continuous cleaning and updating of the Customer & Prospect Systems by eliminating duplicates, updating critical business information, providing reports to the field, and maintaining data integrity and accuracy so that our Sales & Operations Teams can make decisions with a high level of confidence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with CRM Fusion (Ongoing data de-duplication via merge/purge functionality)

  • Work with Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) to remove Out of Business Records, Bankruptcies and update businesses that move.

  • Work with the US Postal Service to update Zip Codes.

  • Identifies and works with other Data Sources to supplement the D&B “missing businesses”. Class I records (data they can’t sell because of data quality issues) and De-Listed Companies (aka “Do Not Call” list for companies).

  • Create dashboards and reports to assist with data cleanup initiatives.

  • Works with IT, EDW, ADS, D&B or the Market Centers to “clean-up” the source data in PHAST, RAS or D&B. This is the only way that the integrated data within SFDC will ever be clean.

  • Add National Account ID’s to all of the active National Account customers and Nat’l Account prospects

  • Adding the Restricted Banners (National Accounts and Aramark Direct Sales) where the local Account Executives and Account Representatives should NOT be calling because a decision is made at a single location.

  • Provide ongoing maintenance of our rate tables.

  • Audits records to determine if a) Sales Managers are refreshing their dashboards and using them in their weekly meetings, b) sales professionals are following the sales process (i.e. creating an opportunity after they completed a FTV, confirm that AE’s are calling new leads in a timely manner and converting them to an account, etc).

  • Ensures that CXD’s that are due to expire in the near future are being called upon.

  • Support end-users with Salesforce.com questions to ensure proper processes are followed to ensure accurate reporting and optimal data quality

  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • One to two years experience cleaning up data files in a large corporate environment.

  • One to two years’ experience with any Contact Mgmt. System or CRM system.

  • A High School Diploma.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent follow-up skills.

  • Proven ability to manage detailed projects.

  • Must be able to multi-task.

  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

  • Some knowledge of databases and I.T. systems is preferred.
