Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing the highest level of food and beverage service in accordance with Aramark standards. Serves food and beverages to 20-30 guests at a time. Clears and re-sets tables quickly and efficiently. Practices “aggressive hospitality” and shows professionalism with guests, co-workers, and management.


All Restaurant Positions Responsibilities:

  • Know your schedule, arrive at work on time, with a positive attitude, and in proper uniform (clean and pressed).

  • Stay off your cell phone unless you are using it for work, have prior approval from management, or are on your 30 minute meal break.

  • Know table numbers and seat numbers

  • Know both the food menu and the beverage menu for your location as well as the current specials

  • Properly badge in and out and take meal breaks.

  • TEAMWORK! Be flexible every day and ensure you are working with other staff members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational success.

  • Assist other staff members with a positive attitude when you are not busy or when asked to help by management / supervisors.

  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction

  • Know Aramark and Health Code standards and ensure that they are being followed.

Waiter/Waitress/Cocktail Server Position Detailed:

  • Deliver guests with memorable experiences

  • Upsell as much as possible

  • Sidework including rolling silverware, stocking server sections, and setting tables daily

  • Responsibly handle alcohol service and know when to and when not to serve guests.

  • Attending to all guests needs in a timely manner

  • Ensuring proper table presence. Guests never have to look around for you.

Employment Qualifications

Minimum age: 18 years

Cash handling and serving experience is preferred

Must be able to quickly do mental math

Heavy lifting may be necessary

Must be able to multi-task and problem solve

Must be able to work efficiently and maintain a sense of urgency

Hours of Employment

Game day Schedules – Days, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

Average Shift – 5-9 hours


  • At least one-year experience as a food server within a restaurant, hotel, or conference center operation.

  • Any related customer service/oriented experience will be considered.

  • Requires full understanding and knowledge of food and beverage standards.

  • Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English.

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

  • Possess interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.

  • Ability to move quickly while balancing large and small trays of food and drinks to and from service areas.
