A Concessions Warehouse Worker will perform a range of functions which could include accepting and processing incoming stock and materials when unloading trucks, filling orders for concessions before and during an event, organizing and retrieving stock within the warehouse, and setting up and tearing down events. This is a fast-pace environment which can require lifting up to 100 pounds. This position will involve walking and standing for most of a shift. A Concessions Warehouse worker will need to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse while maintaining a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Under the direction of the Commissary Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the coordination of commissary services for all properties to ensure each location receives the correct product.
Responsible for receiving any products delivered to the commissary warehouse.
Responsible for proper safe storage of all products delivered to the commissary warehouse.
Responsible for pulling any and all product on requisitions for daily distribution.
Responsible for conducting weekly and monthly inventory counts.
Responsible for keeping FIFO (first in first out) receiving controls.
Responsible for maintaining Aramark alcohol beverage issuance policies.
Responsible for maintaining clean and safe warehouse environment.
Responsible for assisting recycle center as needed.
Responsible for assisting fish processors as needed.
Responsible for assisting delivery drivers in loading and possible deliveries of warehouse goods.
Responsible for safe operating manual pallet jacks for freight distribution (training provided).
Responsible for safe operating electric pallet jacks for freight distribution (training provided).
Responsible for safe onsite deliveries by electric or gas powered cart( with valid drivers licenses – minimum age 21 - training provided)
Responsible for safe forklift operation (electric and propane) for unloading and loading freight.(minimum age 21 - training provided).
Follows, implements all emergency procedures.
Follows Aramark policies and procedures and safety policies.
May be required to work overtime, and/or weekends.
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Warehouse Manager.
Status and Scope:
Reports to Warehouse Manager
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years experience in a like employment. A Concessions Warehouse Worker will need to be able to lift up to 100 pounds and the ability to walk/stand for most of a shift. Other qualifications include (but not limited to): attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, a strong knowledge of preforming a monthly inventory, and ability to assume a variety of tasks to maintain a functioning warehouse. Prior warehouse experience and a forklift license are recommended but not required.
