Position Objective: To perform specified clerical duties in support of Billing Operations for ARAMARK Market Center locations. To ensure custom invoices meet customer specifications.


  1. Supervise billing associates

  2. Train billing associates and Sr. Billing Associates

  3. Complete billing projects

  4. Assist billing team as needed

  5. Ensure that SLAs are met

  6. Customer setup audits

  7. Customer contract audits to ensure contract compliance

  8. Communicate efficiently and effectively with Market Center Management team regarding additional information requirements or process non-compliance

  9. Support Market Center in high transactional ad-hoc requests

  10. Special Projects

Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.


  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required

  • One or more years of related experience preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.


  • Process oriented, however at times, flexible.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Proficient in alpha/numeric data entry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project).

  • High level of organizational skills, integrity and accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong basic math skills.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
