The Marketing team at Aramark is charged with building a strong brand and driving profitable growth. Through repeatable business models that leverage insights and innovation, Aramark’s marketing COE helps build base business, new business, and client retention through strategies, concepts, programs and practices that engage consumers “at the moment of truth” – where we serve over 2 billion meals each year at workplaces, schools, colleges & universities, hospitals, sports & entertainment venues and other locations around the country and the world. This position is being created to expand Aramark’s brand and product management capabilities with an additional finance advocate for consumer-centric innovation, strategic brand pillars and priority drivers for the company. We are seeking a forward looking leader to oversee the financial activities related to all Marketing COE initiatives.

Position Overview:

A key position in the Marketing Center of Excellence (MCOE) responsible for providing strong finance leadership of corporate growth initiatives. This position will interface with marketing, business unit and functional leaders driving growth strategies through analysis, requirements gathering, process development and enablement activities.

This position will interact closely with the Senior VP of Finance and VP of Marketing as well as many other functional and operational leaders and departments.

Reports to: Senior VP of Finance and VP of Marketing

Essential functions and responsibilities :

  • Deliver & maintain high quality financial analysis, models, business cases, proformas and ongoing business decision support to MCOE for major growth and marketing initiatives including brand activation and NPD development

  • Develop financial models to determine opportunity and cost implications to rollout initiatives

  • Create risk assessments and recommendations

  • Lead post launch metrics and analysis and monitor brand performance and recommend ways to improve financial health

  • Conduct analysis to determine product mix/portfolio recommendations

  • Engage with business unit finance leaders to gather information needed and validate financial assumptions related to their operations

  • Support for the development of analysis and presentations for strategy planning

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested



  • The position requires a highly motivated individual with 7 or more years of work experience in financial planning/investments, financial analysis, business performance analytics or similar role

  • 3-5 years of manager/and or Director level responsibility with demonstrated success is essential

  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred

  • Ability to work on multiple projects/teams simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research, analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills and the ability to interface with various levels of management

  • Ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization and to influence with and without formal authority

  • Must be able to develop an understanding of corporate strategy and help translate it into actionable plans and transactions, operating both independently and as part of a highly focused, inter-disciplinary teams

  • Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. Comfortable leading others through change and managing through resistance
