ARAMARK Senior Business Analyst - IT - Mobility Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Requires someone with leadership qualities, highly motivated and experienced working with cellular wireless carriers. Must have experience troubleshooting wireless devices. Candidate must be capable of leading team calls with vendors and business leaders. Will be responsible to support Aramark’s wireless community using devices such as: smart phones, machine to machine service, tablets, hot spots and standard phones.

Requires great customer service skills, telecom billing experience and general accounting knowledge.

  • Review monthly usage reports, perform routine audits and address high usage non-compliance issues

  • Lead projects requiring mobility solutions and services

  • Provide technical support and expertise to the mobile user community to address questions, issues & device needs

  • Complete Service Now tickets that involve billing questions, repairs or general inquiries

  • Work with Apple and Aramark employees to unlock locked devices as needed

  • Participate and lead weekly calls with carriers, vendors and mobility TEM providers

  • Work with Desktop engineering team on policies & reports involving AirWatch Mobile Device Management system

  • Review and provide access as approved to the cellular wireless Bill Tracker system

  • Maintain/update database to keep track of the Regional Financial Directors

  • Work closely with TEM vendor to ensure that the device repair/replacement process is supporting employee’s needs and inventory levels are being maintained

  • Participate in processes involving cellular service contract changes and execution plans that will optimize savings and earnings opportunities.

  • Provide routine voice & data plan analysis, rate plan usage optimization and recommendations for plan changes. Monitor devices with zero usage or high usage and take action to reduce expenses

  • Create knowledge articles to address routine questions and provide useful troubleshooting tips

  • Assist field with solutions to meet their business needs, such as: SIM card activations, loaner devices, machine to machine device support, staging/kitting & other special projects

  • Responsible for testing new devices before approving device for use in the environment

  • Create and document workflow & processes involving mobility solutions & services

  • Build relationships with department and LOB support teams and leaders that require mobility solutions.

  • Stay up to speed on the latest trends involving cellular technologies and carrier changes

  • Perform day to day administrative activities and other such duties as required

  • Must be available to assist with urgent issues after hours as needed


  • You will need a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of progressive business analysis experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential, along with effective oral communication skills demonstrated through presentations and training, as well as written communication skills demonstrated through solution specification documentation, end-user guides or manuals, and other end-user communications.

  • Knowledge of functional areas of Human Resources is required; experience with or in Human Resources is desired.

  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS HR is highly preferred and/or administration experience with a human capital management system.

  • The ability to work daily with the Microsoft Office Suite, Internet (for research), and reporting tools is required.
