Management position, responsible for developing and executing Retail solutions to meet customer needs. Reporting to the AT&T General Manager, the Retail General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Retail department, which included but not limited to the following essential functions:

  • Leadership: Ensure retail operations connect to the Executional Framework. Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of events. Leverage established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency within consumer driven offerings. Train and manage employees to ensure knowledge of apparel and fashion. Model and reinforce Aramark's coaching process. Reward and recognize employees. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles. Complete and maintain all staff records including training records, schedules and performance data.

  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model. Oversee apparel retail functions and special events for internal and external clients/ groups. Ensure job instructions are clearly understood so that tasks are completed effectively to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Productivity: Responsible for executing business objectives of varied size and scope, including staffing and management. Ensure accurate reporting of all apparel related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Coordinate activities with other departments as appropriate. Implement communication strategy as provided by marketing team in order to build retail revenue. Ensure product and service meet quality control standards. Participate in Operational Reviews for retail Department.

  • Financial Performance: Responsible for delivering apparel and labor targets. Develop and execute strategies to achieve retail revenue forecasts.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Aramark business, occupational and environmental safety policies in all retail operation. Comply with all applicable policies


Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • Minimum of 10 year's relevant experience is required.

  • The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and Aramark support staff.

  • Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.

  • Candidate must be willing to be hands on with staff and operations and be willing to work event-based hours that include evenings and weekends.
