The Sports and Entertainment division within ARAMARK Corporation serves more than 200 premier stadiums, arenas, convention centers and concert venues.   • This position will report to the Sales Director and support the catering functions with building operations, culinary department and catering department along with the sales team charged with revenue growth.

  • Network for new sales opportunities, conduct sales blitz and other marketing efforts to support catering sales growth.

  • Proactively generate business through the utilization of social media, cold/warm calling, trade shows, community partnerships etc.

  • Work in conjunction with Marketing department to conduct marketing campaigns

  • Assist clients with a range of Corporate and social events- tradeshows, nonprofit groups, weddings, galas, celebrations of life etc. – Reaching a maximum of 2000 attendees for an event – box lunches, platted, or buffet feeding

  • Complete sales contract, and receive payments from client

  • Review pertinent event information and detail Banquet event order (BEO) to ensure that the all parties have the necessary information for successful event execution

  • Create diagrams to accurately display the layout for client events

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to develop the menu, and create appealing items

  • Coordinate with operations prior to event to ensure that sales, event planning, culinary, and event staff are aligned on expectations

  • Serve as the face of events, which entails being present for the commencement to ensure that clients expectations are aligned with the business, setting expectations for event staff, and making any necessary last minute changes


  • BS in Marketing or Business highly desirable or a combination of experience and education

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in premium or catering sales, established network in metropolitan area.

  • Organized, effective in interacting with a variety of levels and types of internal and external guests.
