Position Summary: This position is responsible for facility planning activities at assigned locations which includes, data gathering and analysis, report generation, presentation preparation and delivery.
Maintains master facility plan.
Is able to understand and interpret: marketing reports, construction documents, demographic data, and facility goals & objectives.
Able to utilize reports, documents, data, goals and objectives to develop requested reports and presentations.
Able to work with managers and executives to develop appropriate output which will be use to plan and develop programs and properties.
Able to manage and track several projects simultaneously ensuring timely and appropriate outcomes.
Able to coordinate meetings with constituencies to gather data, able to assimilate written documentation to develop a cohesive report.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Typically requires three to five years of relevant experience and working knowledge of windows based applications and AutoCAD preferred.
Must be team focused and customer service oriented.
Excellent computer aptitude, able to adapt to specialty construction and data collection and analysis software.
Excellent communicator both written and oral.
Additional knowledge on project management helpful.
