Description:

The Analyst - Customer Service Operations will provide data analytics support the ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS) Sales and Service Operations team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile, review, analyze, and summarize client financial spend and growth opportunities

  • Complete Strategic Account billing audits to confirm billing accuracy on products and services contracted

  • Analyze and report key Sales and Service Operations data to support line of business objectives

  • Complete ad-hoc analysis, forms, and database generation and maintenance.

  • Understand and summarize data in narrative and graphical formats.

  • Create forms, presentations, and reports with recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

  • The Analyst - Customer Service Operations reports to the Manager, Strategic Accounts Analytics.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Requiring 1-2 years of client data analytics experience in a customer service environment.

  • Demonstrated skills in MS Excel (writing VBA) and MS Access.

  • A working knowledge of data analysis methodologies and relevant experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/and or Business is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent analytical skills, supported by very strong attention to detail and accuracy above all else.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily MS Excel and MC Access)

  • Ability to drive insights from data and summarize analytical output in presentations for stakeholders / leadership.

  • Knowledge of financial and data analysis methodologies and accounting principles.
