We are currently seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager at our Burr Ridge, IL location .

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Ensure quality of product and service to Aramark customers by enforcing quality policies and procedures at the market center. Responsible for enforcing environmental monitoring Program and final product testing program. Will executes validations of equipment and processes, issue change controls, perform periodic review of procedures, hosts customer audits and respond to customer complaints.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and environmental monitoring

• Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to ensure full compliance to industry, ISO and Federal regulation and standards

• Direct influence on meeting customer requirements.

• Thorough knowledge of internal audits to meet ISO standards, document control, customer audit, complaint investigation, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to supervise QA Technicians.

• Interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills.

• Thorough knowledge of internal audits to meet ISO standards, document control, customer audit, complaint investigation, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to supervise 2 or more QA Technicians

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • 4 year degree or equivalent• Two or more years related experience• ISO 9001 experience• Pharmaceutical or biotech industries experience a plus, especially with FDA, cGMP
