The Contingent Staffing Manager is responsible for leading Contingent Staffing Program. The Contingent Manager will partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to drive program strategy, compliance and labor management.
Lead team and ensure effectiveness of Contingent Staffing program strategy and coordination
Partner with Hourly Recruiting Manager and Director to develop and implement strategies to convert contingent labor to permanent employees
Centrally manage relationships with contingent labor managed service provider
Conduct analysis of Contingent Staffing program to measure benefits, track trends, anticipate growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Ensure Vendor Management System (VMS) is kept up to date and all users have appropriate access and training on the tool.
Partner with MSP for ongoing review of metrics and manage to vendors to service level agreements and report back to the business
Partner with line of business (LOB) governance resources to forecast staffing needs
Drive compliance with program policies to minimize both risk and total labor spend
Receives and prioritizes all program escalations from field users, HR and LOB Leaders.
Continually manage organizational change, to ensure customer satisfaction and program adoption in the field
3 + years of experience with high volume recruiting and/or staffing, preferably within contingent workforce/vendor management
Successful track record partnering with all levels of management and third party vendors
Proven experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as: internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technologies is required.
