The Identity Access Management Technical Analyst will help lead / deliver a complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) program in the areas of Provisioning/De-provisioning, SSO, Access enforcement, Governance and Monitoring. Position will help to establish & enhance security policies and provide guidance in implementing a leading-edge technology that will position the organization for success, improve efficiency, increase security position, and support growth of the company’s IAM Program.
Assist in the development and implementation of an overall global IAM strategy that will provide proper user protection while ensuring an easy validation and authorization experience.
Specify, design, and build Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions including password management, SSO, federation, and authentication.
Serve as a subject matter expert and solution architect for IAM solutions that includes access management workflows, multi-factor password authentication and IAM functions across a complex technical environment.
Work closely with InfoSec and other service owners responsible for establishing governance and orchestration related to access management that will drive process improvements of internal procedures.
Perform root-cause analysis of complex issues ranging from hardware, OS, network, and information security platforms while working closely with a variety of infrastructure teams and business users to quickly arrive at inventive and long-term solutions.
Work closely with internal/external partners, auditors, and stake holders to manage internal audit requests, review findings and develop remediation plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field required
5+ years’ experience in Information Security field
Must have implemented and supported IAM technologies in a large, complex environment that included direct experience working with Identity Access Management provisioning, de-provisioning and recertification processes
Must have experience with Identity Management tools such as Microsoft Active Directory and ADFS, Oracle IAM, PING Identity, Okta, or other IAM solutions
Solid understanding of Windows AD, Azure, Windows Exchange, O365, Web Services and UNIX
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task
Strong Customer Service, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications is preferred
