The individual will provide leadership, support, and consultative services for the field in advancing compliance within the sector. The individual will work closely with field leadership and Corporate Compliance to implement tools and processes in the field, monitor their progress, and improve them as necessary.

The individual should expect to spend >50% of their time directly interfacing with the field. Travel requirements will vary based on business need, estimated to be 10%.

The individual responsibilities may be more or less weighted toward Compliance or Productivity based on evolving priorities and business needs.

The position will report to the VP of Operational Excellence and Compliance .

Core Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support advancement of Compliance in the sector, includes but not limited to Wage and Hour, Food Safety, DOT, HIPAA / Survey Readiness, EHS

  • Drive the implementation of productivity tools and processes

  • Ensuring proper execution of processes in the field

  • Work collaboratively with field operations and other key functions to drive necessary processes and behaviors; includes but is not limited to:

  • Account level compliance strategy & implementation

  • FLM training and coaching, ensuring FLM comprehension of processes

  • Daily / weekly / monthly management routine

  • Monitor roll-out and execution of programs

  • Track, analyze and report results to the field and senior management

  • Analyze performance gaps and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Strong operating mindset; can quickly establish trust and credibility in the field

  • Self-starter, able to work effectively with little supervision

  • Experience - Requires at least 5 years experience and 2-4 years in a management role

  • Education - Bachelor's degree required. ; Master’s degree preferred.
