The Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist is responsible for administration support of talent acquisition processes via technology platforms. Key activities for the role include but are not limited to: general administration of platform (optimization and maintenance), support end users, Configure and maintain job profiles and associated assessments, work with internal clients to confirm design, execute all configuration enhancements.
Comprehensive iCIMS (or similar enterprise level ATS) knowledge with experience in talent acquisition and HR environments.
Partner in the development, use and administration of pre-hire assessments
Work with internal leads, vendors, technical lead, and end users to build solutions that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.
Act as application owner for all administration tasks related to ATS, including but not limited to:
User management (activation, deactivation, password support)
Assessment configuration, launch, and maintenance
Monitor and report on assessment utilization
Security (roles, profiles, sharing roles, global security settings)
Configuration (field set-up, page layouts, record types, assignment rules)
Workflow and approval management
General analytics (reports, dashboards)
Manage AppExchange (apps and plug-ins)
Data management exercises to assure (data loads, transfer, cleansing)
Provide user support requests to troubleshoot individual issues and logging support issues to identify trends and topics requiring escalation and feature / enhancements.
Work with IT to supports ongoing release management and rollout with new configuration

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ demonstrated interface design and support experience, with the ability to read and write functional specifications.
Broad talent management application experience.
Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
Strong project management skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents.
